I’ve been in triathlon since I was a little kid, and I’m so grateful to be able to share my experiences with my friends, colleagues, and families.
I also love that they all know what they are getting into and are all very supportive.
My favorite part of the class is the group hug, because I feel like I’m surrounded by people that are all like me and that are trying to achieve the same goal.
When you’re doing triathlons, there is nothing like a group hug.
I’m always proud of how much support I get from everyone and how well everyone does.
So, why am I not doing triathlon?
I don’t know.
But I do know that if I were to do one day, I would do it all over again.
I would definitely do it if it was a better place to be.
What are some of the things that you want to do while on the course?
There are a lot of different things that I want to see.
I want the race to be fun, to be challenging, and to be exciting.
I love running, so I love training for triathls.
But what I really like about triathlais is that it has an environment where people can be really supportive.
I really love that, because that makes me feel like if something doesn’t work, I’m going to do it anyway.
I like having my friends come up to me and talk about the race, so it makes me happy.
How do you prepare?
I love preparing for races, so much so that I do a lot.
I do my own triathlon prep, so when I go to the race I get my training done.
I eat a lot, and the meals are usually very healthy, but I also have my workouts done, so that’s also important.
Do you have any special training for your races?
I always wear my bike shorts at all times, and they have a zipper that you can pull up to get into the airbag.
I am also a huge fan of running, because it’s my go-to activity for a long time.
I know that I’m only going to get through a triathalon if I’m running.
Are there any other things that make you feel like you should do a triathon?
There’s one thing I would like to do more often, and that’s to race against my boyfriend.
Can you tell us more about your boyfriend?
He is one of my closest friends, and we get along so well that I think he is my best friend.
We’re always having fun together and sharing adventures together.
Have you met him before?
I have not met him yet, but when we do we are going to make sure to have a great time.
Do they make it easy for you to schedule triathlon training?
It’s a race you must complete at least once a week, so we try to schedule a week or two in advance so that we can prepare in advance.
What’s your secret to success?
One of the biggest secrets to triathlas success is getting enough sleep.
The first time I did the triathlon, I slept for a week.
I didn’t feel so good the next day, but then I woke up the next morning and I had a blast.
And the next time I do it, I plan to be even more flexible and stay up until midnight the next night.
If I’m lucky enough to be doing a tri, I’ll be in the best shape of my life.
Where can you go to see your friends race?
I’ll probably go to my friends’ triathlon races, which are always fun, but my favorite part is going to be to see the other triathletes at their races.
How did your triathlon experiences help you get into triathlon as a whole?
I am so thankful that my triathlon experience helped me get into a better fit and to learn how to be a better triathlete.
I want to hear from you!
How do you like to be heard?
