A good place to start is the NRA’s winter training class.
If it is in your area, take advantage of a free event.
A lot of people go for free, and there is a lot to choose from.
You can get in and out of the classes easily, even if you are tired, with a friend.
If that’s not your cup of tea, take the NAR’s online class, which is free and open to everyone.
You won’t be disappointed.
It is an interactive course, but you can do it yourself if you want.
You’ll get a refresher on exercise physiology and cardiovascular fitness, as well as a chance to meet some of the trainers who train at the NRC.
You will also learn about a variety of other important health topics, such as weight loss, sleep, and exercise nutrition.
